People who use Stratford School Gate services

Stratford School Gate offers an e-newsletter service to registered users. We use a third party, MailChimp to distribute this e-mail, but they are only allowed access to the information required to send out the e-newsletter.

We have to hold the details of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it. When people do subscribe to our e-newsletter, they can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this.

However there may be certain circumstances, such as where we are asked to do so by an appropriate authority in connection with the prevention or detection of crime, when we will need to share personal information with the organisation concerned and with other relevant bodies.
